Refund policy

Items already created:

I have put a lot of energy and love into the work that I create, so I really hope you love it! However, If the item is not as you expected it you can contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order. Once we agree on a return you will then need to carefully re-package the item and arrange and pay for delivery using the same shipping service which was used to send the order to you. Once the item has safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days minus shipping costs, PayPal or credit card fees and any taxes.

I aim to pack and wrap the work as carefully as possible. However, if something is damaged during shipping, keep a photograph and contact me within 7 days.
